Why doesn't the LiberNovo Omni offer a mesh-back option, and why isn't the backrest ventilated? The LiberNovo Omni's core design is dynamic fit: support adapts in real time to your posture. Mesh is relatively rigid and fixed, which conflicts with that approach, so we use layered foam instead, with a firmer support layer at the back and a softer layer toward you. The backrest itself isn't ventilated because direct airflow against the back can be uncomfortable for some users, and adding fans/ducts there would require restructuring the backrest in ways that reduce support. Active Airflow seat ventilation on the Omni Pro covers the airflow need instead. Back to FAQs List
