I received the chair and although comfortable, the headrest and seat cushion both came with defects. The headrest had stiches loose and the seat cushion had 2 sunken spots, still has them days later. I have contacted support but still no answer on whether I will get replacement parts or if I will have to return the whole chair! Really sad!

The chair is not as well built as advertised/you would think. There is a bracket that continually falls off making the back of the chair fall off as you sit in it.

I received the chair today, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I worked at my desk without back pain—until now. The difference is huge. This chair is an absolute must. The price is very competitive compared to other high-end ergonomic brands, though I have to admit I got hit hard with shipping and taxes to Israel (I ended up paying more in fees than for the chair itself!). That aside, it’s extremely comfortable and without a doubt one of the most aesthetic chairs on the market.

I’ve had this chair for two weeks, so far so good. Simple set up with clear instructions. Very ergonomic, it’s like the chair moves with me and so comfortable even after long study sessions, it’s even more comfortable with the foot rest. The adjustable lumbar support is a nice touch as well especially because I suffer from low back pain but this chair helps to ease it! Worth the price, plus a 5 year warranty, it’s much cheaper than other chairs with similar features and I didn’t have to sell my soul to buy it.

Easily the best chair I’ve ever owned. The quick adjustment to the lumbar to keep me ‘alive’ during my day. I used to fidget all around, lean forward for my video calls… no more! I feel sharp and attentive; I look sharp with my posture always upright…. Then when I need five minutes, just lean back and relax… no more jumping around trying to wake my body. Everyone I’ve shown are in envy. - Kickstarter backer… they held all their promises! Nice job team!

Great chair all around. Super comfy for long hours sitting down working or gaming. Love the spine stretch button. Only complaint I have is wish would have gotten all my items at once. Purchased the Pro bundle that comes with foot stool and extra battery but only received foot stool but no extra battery. Contacted customer service was told to be patient that extra battery was going to be shipped in 2 weeks. To be honest that is an item that should have came with my chair and foot stool together not in a separate shipment 2 weeks later. Still waiting on my tracking number for that seperate shipment of my extra battery.

Let me start by saying I was an early backer from Kickstarter. I received my Omni a few days ago and so far... it's the best office chair I've ever owned as well as ever sat in. Assembly was very quick and simple, especially with the included instructions that are well designed.
As someone who has gone through several office chairs over the years, I'm very impressed with this one. It's so comfortable that when I sit in it, it's like it was custom made for my back. It's incredibly comfortable - firm where needed, plush where needed.
In my little time with the chair thus far, one thing that I love is that the ErgoPulse Motor System feature isn't necessary. Now, don't get me wrong, the stretch it gives is incredible. After long sessions of work or gaming, the 5 minute stretch setting really is great. But again, it's not necessary for this chair to be incredible, and that's one of my favorite things about it.
This chair also comes with a leg rest, that I haven't received quite yet, but I'm also excited for - because yet again, it's another feature that isn't necessarily needed for this chair to be great. Just another cherry to add on top.
Point being, the price I paid for the package I received, I'm more than satisfied with. More than that, there are a few things about this chair that could be removed, and if that brought the price down enough, this chair could compete in a even less competitive market for what it is.
So happy to have found a chair that immediately feels like the one I've been searching for.

It’s a pretty good chair. I got it during the Black Friday sale so roughly $800 USD. The reclining options are nice, I find it comfortable when I need a moment to take a break from office work. The motorized lumbar adjustment is fine, I don’t use it too much. The auto massage/stretch feature isn’t worth it at all in my opinion. My recommendation is to go for something cheaper, but if you really want this chair you won’t be disappointed.

Been living with my Omni for roughly a week now and I’m loving it.

I’m at the top end of the weight limit at 6’ 285lbs with broad shoulders and a very tall torso, yet the back rest still feels great. The insides of my shoulder blades still fit within the width of the backrest, but the very top position on the neck rest is just barely high enough for me. Were my legs proportional to my torso, I’d be roughly 6’4”, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend for anybody taller than that. The armrests also are maybe 1/2” short at maximum height for my body. I can also tell that the butt of the seat is certainly optimized for somebody of my weight. I was getting some mild pressure points near the top middle of the cheeks until I got the cooling pad today.

A couple smaller gripes: the traction/massage/whatever they want to call it function is a little lackluster. Full extension of the piston just isn’t quite as deep as I’d like or was expecting. It’s still a nice option to ease a little fatigue, but it does border on just being a gimmick. I’m also not a big fan of the footrest. This is the first footrest I’ve had specifically for an office chair, so I don’t have anything to compare against, but the main plate is certainly not bare feet friendly. It makes my feet overheat and sweat quite quickly if my feet are placed flat on it.

Overall I’m quite pleased with it so far and do recommend it, just not at a full 5 stars no brainer. I am also worried about only a 2 year warranty on the electronics with a proprietary battery from a new company, but we will cross that bridge when we come to it, should something fail.

This feels like my bed because it is so comfortable that it doesn't make you want to leave at all. And I'm also 6'1" with a seat depth at 48 cm; it fit perfectly. I also chang from my 200 dollar chair from amazon to this make a huge different. Also so good for long streaming.
