Chair Frame (Excluding Electronic Components): LiberNovo offers a 5-year limited warranty on the chair frame, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Electronic Components (Battery, Actuator, and Related Wiring): A 2-year limited warranty applies to electronic components, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as indicated by your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or order number). For orders purchased through crowdfunding platforms (e.g., Kickstarter, Indiegogo), the warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the product, as verified by the delivery receipt or proof of receipt provided by the customer.

Under normal use, if a quality issue arises due to non-human factors (e.g., manufacturing defects), LiberNovo will provide free repair or replacement of the defective parts.

Modular Components: If modular components such as the base, the seat base with armrests, backrest support bar, backrest, gas lift, or neckrest become defective during the warranty period, LiberNovo will:

Ship replacement modular parts directly to the customer at no cost.

Provide instructional videos to guide customers through the replacement process, ensuring easy and efficient repairs.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading, minor scratches).

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow assembly/use instructions.

Damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications.
-
Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions (e.g., prolonged exposure to sunlight, high humidity, or corrosive environments).

Damage resulting from natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, fires).

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Issues arising after the warranty period expires (though paid repair services may be available).
Warranty Claims Process

Submit a Claim: Contact our Customer Support team at support@libernovo.com with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the defect.

Evaluation: We will determine if the defect is covered under warranty. This process may take up to 5 business days.

Resolution: If approved, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the defective part at no cost to you.

Replace the defective part or the entire product with a comparable item.

If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may issue a prorated refund based on the product’s age.

Shipping: We cover shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements within the contiguous United States. For claims from Alaska, Hawaii, or Europe, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
Warranty Limitations

LiberNovo is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, property damage).
