Omni SE fits users approximately 5'0"–6'1" (153–186 cm) and supports up to 300 lbs (136 kg).Its balanced dimensions suit a wide range of users.

The system combines four SyncroLink mechanisms and over sixty interconnected joints, mechanically linking the headrest, backrest, armrests, and seat cushion. As you move, the chair automatically adjusts to maintain full-body support and natural eye-level alignment.

The Omni SE and Maxis Manual use a manual screw-dial mechanism to raise and lower the lumbar support, giving you precise control without any electronics. It's quieter, requires no charging, and is better suited for users who set their chair once and don't change it frequently. The electric version (Pro / Maxis Electric / Maxis Airflow) lets you adjust at the touch of a button and includes the OmniStretch function.

They both feature the same Bionic FlexFit Backrest, Dynamic Support System, and five fixed recline positions. The differences are:

• Omni SE: Manual lumbar adjustment — the simplest option.
• Omni Pro: Adds motorized lumbar support, motorized lumbar stretch and active airflow seat ventilation— a centrifugal fan system that actively circulates air through the seat cushion to keep you cool and dry.

From an ergonomic standpoint, sitting fully upright at 90° puts the load on your sitting bones, which creates more strain over time — not less. Even a slight recline at 105° redistributes pressure across a much larger surface area (including your sacrum), dramatically increasing comfort.
