The LiberNovo Omni is the world’s first dynamic ergonomic chair, featuring a Bionic FlexFit backrest and chip-controlled dynamic support, powered by a battery to provide real-time adjustments for personalized comfort. In contrast, the Herman Miller Aeron relies on a static mesh design, the Steelcase Leap offers manual lumbar adjustments, and the Humanscale Freedom has a simpler auto-recline feature. Omni’s dynamic tracking technology adapts to your movements, delivering a more flexible and comfortable experience.
Omni’s Bionic FlexFit backrest, powered by an integrated chip, offers 6 dynamic adjustment modes, with an 80mm backrest and 100mm seat depth adjustment, precisely conforming to your spine for all-day comfort.
The Omni is equipped with a 2200mAh 12V built-in battery, and its battery life depends on usage: with 1 full traction stretch cycle per day, the battery lasts up to 30 days; if you only occasionally use the motor adjustment buttons (e.g., 3 adjustments per day), the battery can last up to 1 year. The battery powers the chip-controlled dynamic and massage features, requiring minimal charging, making it ideal for extended office or home use.
The Omni offers an electric massage with a 50mm deep spinal stretch, controlled by the chip-driven backrest movement, precisely relieving back tension. Unlike the static support of Herman Miller or Humanscale chairs, Omni’s massage feature provides a relaxing experience during breaks, similar to the soothing effects of a high-end massage chair.
Yes, the Omni is designed for prolonged sitting. Its dynamic support encourages micro-movements, reducing fatigue from static postures. The zoned foam seat cushion, with three hardness levels (firm at the back to support the sit bones, softer at the front to reduce leg pressure), improves blood circulation, matching the comfort of the Steelcase Leap but with smarter dynamic adjustments.
Omni’s Bionic FlexFit backrest and three-layer conforming design (skin-friendly elastic layer, pressure-relief wrapping layer, and 8 aerospace-grade elastic panels) provide soft yet deep back support, similar to the pixelated design of the Herman Miller Embody but with greater dynamism. The hydrophilic foam headrest offers 5kg of neck support, breathable and comfortable, surpassing the fixed neck support of the Aeron. User feedback indicates Omni’s seat cushion is thicker than the Aeron’s, ideal for those who prefer a softer feel.
I purchased this chair for my wife, who had back surgery a few years ago and has degenerative disc condition. I have the Cooler Master Caliber X1 Gaming Racing Chair, but it hasn't been of any use. She tried it, and she loves it so far. Issues: Why did it take five shipments to complete the order, and why does the pro have trash wheels? To be honest, it seems ridiculous, but thus far, it's a good purchase.
This chair has been a game changer for me at the office. I have severe degenerative back issues and have tried 5 different "recommended" chairs in the last 4-5 years. The features offered on the LiberNovo have literally saved me from early retirement and the daily/unbearable back pain that I would have at the end of each day!!! Thank you!!
Exactly the kind of chair I have been looking for extremely comfortable and many awesome features.
Amazing chair! If you are 5’10”+ get the 48cm.
I bought the Moss Green Omni, and the Footrest a couple weeks later. TOverall I like the chair. The seat was uncomfortable for the first 2 weeks, it just needed to be broken in and now its great. I have the same general complaints as most. The arms need some resistance in the adjustments, i hate how easily they move, the front pad can kind of flatten out too much when I sit with a leg up, and the lumbar adjustment isn't really that good. The lumbar kind of pushes up and out, so it doesn't really hit my lumbar it just starts to get into my middle back. I have a bolt that keeps loosening no matter how much I tighten it. This makes it so the back randomly locks up and I can't lean back. I have torqued it from 5 ft lbs to 50 ft lbs with no luck. Probably just going to get some loctite or something. The tool that comes with the chair is nice. The electronics are useless, just a gimmick. It doesn't really do anything to actually decompress the spine, there isn't even a link to the study they use to promote it doing so. I'm about 60 days of ownership deep and now they release new models that address all the issues as well as a manual model that I would of preferred to save a few hundred dollars. I have the footrest as well, it is the best I've ever used. But i don't recommend resting your feet on it. It a bit hard with my heels on it but if i rest the back of my legs on it, its fantastic. I recommend the cushion pad for the bottom portion it makes it 10x better. The moss green chair has an issue with pulling your shirt up when you go to sit down, so i have developed a habit to just hold me shirt when i sit down. I would of loved more lean angles but that is once again an issue addressed with the new chairs. The headrest is amazing, best headrest I have ever used. Adjustments are nice and firm and its soft enough that its pleasant to just lean back and sleep/take a break on. I work from home so i use the chair for about 14 hours a day sometimes. I have had no issues with sitting for that amount of time once the seat was broken in. Don't have any issues with feeling hot when sitting in it either. The backrest is also amazing, I love that it is sturdy enough to hold me but if i need to lean over to grab something it moves with me. I regularly play with my dog from the chair while I work and I can pick her ball up without the chair holding me hostage. If they would allow me to return this chair and get the new manual one this would be a 5/5.
So far chair is great, however it is warm in the seat after an hour or so of sitting
I have choosen the best chair
Most comfortable chair I’ve ever had
the chair overall is comfortable. I like the lumbar stretch feature. What I struggle with are the armrests. They move too easily and won't stay in place when getting up or sitting down or after adjusting them where I want them. Also, after brining in the armrests closer to me, when standing up and putting pressure on them to get up, the move outward making it harder to get up. I read many reviews before selecting this chair and that was a main complaint. I was hoping the issue had been resolved when I ordered the chair. Maybe there will be a FREE fix in the coming months.
The only reasons I'm not giving it 5 stars is the "massage" is hardly a massage & I wish the foot stool was a little bit taller. Other than that I have zero regrets with my purchase
