Well made, extremely comfortable. I tore a back muscle early this year and a comfortable chair with lumbar support is a necessity. Love that I could adjust practically everything to fit my body. No more Advil at the end of the day. 5 stars!

The only possible negative to this chair is that, prior to purchasing my LiberNovo Omni SE, I thought spending $500+ on a desk chair was ludicrous -- now I can never go back to anything less. This is by far, bar none, hands down the most comfortable chair I've ever owned. Not just most comfortable office chair, most comfortable CHAIR I've ever owned. I can sit in this chair and study, work, game, and even sleep for 6+ hours straight. As someone who deals with both lower back and neck problems, this is the only chair I've ever found that entirely eliminates pressure on both of my pain points. I can focus longer, relax more deeply, and get more done without being in pain afterwards. 10/10, I recommend this chair to everybody!

Bought during launch and worth the 5 weeks wait.

I was skeptical about the seat cushion after reading a lot of reviews from early adopters. Mine is comfortable after 2 weeks of work from home use.

Received the foot stool before the chair. Easily assembled and started using immediately.

Chair arrived and was easier to get inside and get assembled than anticipated. 9 screws, and very easy directions.

I bought this for the lumbar support and it does not disappoint! I’m 6’1” and 180lbs. I bought the 48cm cushion and the extended support is nice under my long legs.

The headrest is outstanding, and a very nice addition from the IKEA chair I’m coming from. The armrest are comfortable and the various adjustable positions are intuitive. The actual arm cushions do move, but require a sensible amount of force, and the tilt back as you recline is surprisingly comfortable.

My most frequently used positions are 1-3. I keep my lumbar setting at max, and have dialed up the recline tension 5-6 cranks.

I have zero experience with any other high end office chair, and after 2 weeks of sitting in my OmniPro, I have no interest in trying any others.

Really happy with this chair overall. The level of customization is impressive — I've been able to dial in the armrests to exactly where I need them, and my shoulder pain has basically disappeared since getting everything adjusted right. The 160-degree tilt is also a game changer for stretching out my back during the day.

My main gripe is the seat can make my butt go numb after longer sessions. Hard to say if that's the chair or just me sitting too long, but worth mentioning. Also wish the lumbar adjustment sat a little higher; right now it is just a tad low to really hit the right spot.

Sizing note for anyone on the fence: I'm 5'6" and went with the recommended 48cm seat depth, but it was way too deep for me (rubbed the backs of my knees). Ended up doing a full return and repurchase for the 45cm, which fits much better. I wish customer service had offered a seat pan swap instead of making me go through the whole return process, but the end result is a chair I'm really enjoying.

Amazingly comfortable chair with great adjustability.

The chair is very comfortable with all the adjustable components.But I just worry about the padding where I sit on I feel like that soft of cushion will eventually have some problem like flattened. But beside everything is great.

Everything is great. No more back pain from long seating.

I was a bit skeptical, but as soon as I sat in it and adjusted the head support. I was happy with my purchase. It supports me and that's what I feel when I sit in it

My ass has never been more comfortable

Very nice packaging, easy to assemble, and very comfortable. I wish the seat was adjustable front to back. I think the 48 was actually too big of a seat for me, for reference I’m 5-8 at 160 lbs. Even when properly aligned I find myself having to scooch around.
