What is the return policy?
Our return policy for doors is as follows: For returns within 30 days without quality issues, return shipping costs are shared equally (50% covered by the customer and 50% by LiberNovo). If the return is due to quality issues (such as defects, damage, or malfunctions), LiberNovo will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions (e.g., undamaged, in original packaging, and in like-new condition).
