How are shipping-related issues handled?
We offer free standard shipping to the 49 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Additional fees apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, Canada, and Australia, calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery takes 5-10 business days for the contiguous U.S., 7-15 business days for Canada, Australia, and Europe, or 2-3 business days for expedited shipping (contiguous U.S. only). Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses, for which LiberNovo is not responsible. If your shipment is damaged, lost, or delayed, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@libernovo.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
